These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Affordable Bath website, online forms, communications, and related website-based services. By visiting our website, submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to website use and communications only. They do not replace or modify any separate written remodeling agreement, quote, contract, warranty document, financing agreement, or other project-specific agreement between you and Affordable Bath.

1. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website to submit false information, interfere with the operation of the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misuse any form, communication tool, or service we provide.

2. Services Described on the Website

Affordable Bath provides tub and shower remodeling-related services, including in-home consultations, estimates, and wet-area replacement services. Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes only.

Website content, examples, images, promotions, pricing references, and service descriptions are not a binding offer and do not guarantee that any specific product, service, price, discount, installation method, timeline, or result will be available for your project.

3. Consultations, Estimates, and Quotes

Any estimate, price range, promotion, or example shown on the website is informational only. Final pricing and project details depend on an in-home consultation, measurements, product selections, site conditions, scope of work, and a written quote or agreement.

No project is approved, scheduled, or binding until Affordable Bath and the customer complete the required quote, approval, contract, deposit, financing approval if applicable, or other required project documents.

4. Communications Consent

By submitting a form, calling us, emailing us, booking an appointment, or otherwise providing your contact information, you authorize Affordable Bath to contact you about your inquiry, consultation, estimate, appointment, project, customer service needs, and related services.

We may contact you by phone, email, voicemail, text message, or other communication methods you provide.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

The Affordable Bath SMS program name is Affordable Bath SMS Updates.

By providing your phone number and opting in where required, you agree to receive Visit Reminders and other transactional text messages (SMS) from Affordable Bath. Messages may include appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, estimate follow-up, project updates, customer service messages, and other communications related to your inquiry or project. Where permitted and where you have provided appropriate consent, messages may also include occasional promotional offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.

Message frequency may vary, but you may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your inquiry, appointment, or project status.

Affordable Bath does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge message or data rates depending on your plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network operator.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to notify us if your number changes. If you provide a number that belongs to someone else, you represent that you have authority to provide that number and consent to receive communications at that number.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending important transactional or service-related communications where permitted by law, such as communications about an appointment, quote, contract, active project, payment issue, warranty matter, or legal notice.
